Spread Love

Good Afternoon Ebony,

With so much crisis going around with the world we sometimes forget to cherished what really matters and that is friendship! I wrote this poem about friendship a very very long time ago and this shows that my beliefs never change and those people who surround me! Of course this refers to you, Latoya especially and Rebbie Jackson! I feel very compelled to write it out!

Theresa Lee Mei Yan

Friendship

Friendship is an unspoken bond
Where one need not sign,
Where heartfelt love is expressed
Where we sit and dine.

Friendship is the best form of love
You will ever find,
Because its not a pretense to be kind,
Where feelings are felt like a single line.

Good friendship have love to share
And you can cuddle each other like a bear.
There’s no boundary to show how much you care
You need not prove yourself in a dare.

Good friendship is laughter and tears,
They don’t follow the wayward way
Of their peers,
They will be forever friends in all your years!

Good friends love you to a core,
Floods of genuine affection you ever saw,
All your feelings come to a downpour,
They will be friends forever more.

The greatest thing Theresa felt she could leave this poem on this blog.

This is a GREAT READ!

I was supposed to meet a friend for some drinks and fun today, but suddenly my body decided to not work with me, so I had to cancel all my plans I had for tonight. Oh well, Friday is covered, so come fast!

It’s getting close to the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s passing. Still, sometimes thinking about him being dead is weird to me. Heros don’t die! I never knew him, never got the chance to talk to him or shake his hand and say my thanks, but I got devastated when I read he was no longer here, and that just two weeks before I was going down to London and see his opening show, before everybody was gonna see him do what he does best; to perform. Sad. I did see him in concert in 1997 and I did travel to Berlin in 2002 when he was going to get an award at The Bambi Awards.

This is a picture of my boyfriend, Mike, and me. I would have taken it today, but I can’t. He passed away on December 31, 2009 after a 13 month long fight to survive a rare brain disease. Mike showed me what it means to really love someone. He taught me so much about life and is one of the strongest people I know. I know you wanted a picture of me spreading the L.O.V.E. with someone today, but I sent you this in memory of him instead. Because there is no one I would rather be sharing love with today.

I am from Denver, Colorado.

Despite our beliefs, religions, races, genders, etc., let’s all spread L.O.V.E. the way Michael Jackson desired.

#ILoveYouMichael because you made me realize why connecting with children is better…they don’t harshfully judge like adults do.

She also writes…

L.O.V.E. does not necessarily mean befriending everyone. It truly is all a matter of respect. Respect comes in so many forms, but ultimately, it means to accept each other. Billions of people exist in this world differing in age, gender, race, religion, and more. It is so evident to see all of the wars in the world, whether it is between nations or in overall, mankind vs. mankind. We observe jealousy, discrimination, racism, but why is it so hard to see L.O.V.E.? It seems as if love is being overlooked, but if every one of us could take a look at one another and simply just smile, that could make a difference in one’s life. If we remind our loved ones that we appreciate them, that could make a difference in one’s life. If we agree to disagree on an issue that consists of different perspectives, that could make a difference in one’s life. Michael Jackson taught us that respecting one another is needed and I agree. Even if someone manages to anger us, we must pray that the issue resolves. Even if someone expresses hatred towards another, we must pray that their mentality will better. All in all, respect is truly of an essence and if we help each other in realizing that, little by little the world becomes a better place.

Hello I’m Celeste I’m from el paso Texas. I love Michael Jackson more than anything in the world. He has been my true hero all my life and would have treated him now the same if I met him four years ago. He is my hero and I really believe in truly loving. I’m not a person who easily uses the word love. I understand the true meaning and feeling behind that. I live my life always to try and make Michael proud. I will not let his leaving change my goals one bit. It was meant to make me try harder and dream larger. I love you forever Michael.
