Puddin and Ling attempt to sneak into the Apollo Theater to see the Jackson 5. Created, Directed, & Animated by Mark Stansberry.

Screen Arts Animation Studio was founded by Mark Stansberry in the summer of 1991 in Baltimore, MD. The small studio quickly got its feet wet making several animated commercials for local Baltimore businesses, and soon had a crew of about 10 artists from local art schools. The Puddin character was created in 1994 when Mark Stansberry wanted to create a short film for his own children.

Puddin is the story of a 10 year old little girl named Puddin (her real name is Michele Victoria Mack) growing up in Brooklyn, New York in the early 70s. It is a gentle comedic view of life in the ghetto as viewed by her and her family and friends. It uses the music, clothing styles and current events of the times to do this.

Created, Directed, & Animated by Mark Stansberry

Hani Shihada who is mostly known around New York City as just Hani has been doing sidewalk art for over 25 years and is credited with being New York City’s original sidewalk artist. However, because no other artists have been able to endure the challenge that is New York City, Hani Shihada is also New York City’s only remaining sidewalk artist.

Hani began painting on the sidewalk when he studied art in Rome during the late 1970′s before moving to study in Spain. Truly a citizen of the world Hani is completely fluent in English, Spanish,Arabic, and Italian.

His other stuff looks like this…Talent
