I found this on cinemablend.com

Jermaine Jackson is keen to flush out the family ‘insiders’ who are making his life a misery – because they’re making up stories about the Jacksons and passing them to the media.

The last straw for the singer came when reports suggested a stun gun had to be taken from his teenage son Jaafar after he had been caught trying to shoot his cousin Blanket with the weapon. Jackson has admitted the gun was purchased by the 13 year old but he never used it during playtime with his relatives. Father and son have spoken out for the first time about the stun gun controversy in a new U.S. TV interview, in which Jermaine insists family matters are being blown out of proportion by the press. He tells Access Hollywood, “Jaafar is a very good boy. He’s never done anything to hurt anybody.”

We are fans across the world, who are demanding justice for the murder of Michael Jackson. We are fans across the world who feel that Conrad Murray is responsible for taking the life of another, with a careless disregard for human life. Throughout the years we are fans who have watched the system victimize, vilify and crucify an innocent man whose sole purpose was to change the world and make it a better place. We are fans who are demanding that Michael Jackson be treated with the same rights afforded to every other human being.

The song was written by Beenie Man and produced by award-winning duo The Neptunes. It was released as a single on September 16, 2002, peaking in the top 20′s and 30′s in most countries. It spent 12 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 peaking at #28. It also peaked at #9 on the UK Singles Chart.

However, its release also sparked controversy, as UK Gay Rights group OutRage! called for a boycott of the single, citing Beenie Man’s “history of homophobic dancehall lyrics.”

In 2004, Jackson expressed her regret for the duet, saying “If I had known that (he was associated with homophobia), I would not have worked with him. It’s shocking to me. We’re on the same label, so I should have known. But at the same time, I wish someone from the company would have told me, knowing how… I feel about the gay community.”  The song appeared in the Japan-only radio promo sampler We Love Janet in 2006.  Never Mind Janet!

Michael Jackson had been shot. That was the first reaction of those nearby when he grabbed the back of his head and screamed. It was not a bullet wound that made him scream, though it was almost as bad: Jackson’s head was on fire.

This live thriller unfolded last week before thousands of stunned fans at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium, where Michael, 25, and his musical brothers were filming a Pepsi commercial. It happened during one of the last scenes after four hectic days of shooting under the direction of video wizard Bob Giraldi. Giraldi had ordered another take of the flashy gala opening sequence. Amid brilliant illumination, Michael appeared at the top of a stairway and began his dazzling dancing descent to the floor, where the remaining Jacksons were lined up.

About halfway down, he felt something hot but figured it was just the klieg lights. Pyrotechnical special effects were flashing around him as he pirouetted to a fizzy version of Billie Jean. Suddenly there was a jolt of pain and he cried out. The first to respond was Miko Brando, 22, Marlon’s son and a Jackson security aide. “I tore out, hugged him, tackled him and ran my hands through his hair,” reports Brando, who burned his own fingers in the process. Within seconds the fire was extinguished and Michael was surrounded by a crowd of bodyguards, Jacksons and technicians. A quick-thinking fan grabbed a handful of ice, borrowed a T-shirt to make a cold compress and applied it to the wound. A few minutes later paramedics arrived and whisked Michael away to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The accident occurred just after 6 p.m. and early bulletins on the local news reported that Jackson had been “severely burned and was in serious condition.” In fact, thanks to the emergency ice treatment, he was alert enough to tell the ambulance attendants that he wanted to keep his trademark jeweled glove on when he was wheeled into the hospital. The medical staff checked his vital signs and inspected the wound. The fire had scorched a palm-sized second-degree burn on his crown which surrounded a third-degree burn about the size of the hole in a 45-rpm record. An antiseptic cream (silver sulfadiazine) was applied, and Jackson was offered a painkiller, which he at first refused because of his disdain for narcotics. He later accepted an analgesic.

Here you can read a comment on that topic by Michael himself (Taken from the Interview “MJ Talks To Oprah”, ):

Oprah: OK, but you are in something there, there’s a picture of you, where did that come from? How did it get started?

MJ: That’s… I did a commercial for Pepsi and I was burned very badly and we settled for 1 million dollars and I gave all the money…like, we built this place called the Michael Jackson Burn Centre and that’s a piece of technology used for burn victims, right. So I’m looking at the piece of technology and decide to go inside it and just to hammer around, somebody takes the picture, when they process the pictures the person who processes the picture says. “Oh, Michael Jackson”. He made a copy and these pictures went all over the world with this lie attached to it. It’s a complete lie [...].

[...] It’s crazy. Why would I want to sleep in a chamber?

Three of Michael Jackson’s former bodyguards said they do not believe the accusations that the late King of Pop was a child molester — rather, he was fond of the ladies.

“Being a father myself, and being a man — men know men — he had the desires for women like we do,” bodyguard Bill Whitfield said in an exclusive interview broadcast Tuesday on Good Morning America, adding that the Thriller singer often had women in the back of his limousine.

“We had a curtain that covered in the backseat,” Whitfield said. “We couldn’t see in the backseat — they’d talk back there and you know…”

The bodyguards are planning on writing a book about Jackson they intend to call In Defense Of The King.

ABC is planning on broadcasting more clips from their interview with the bodyguards on ABC’s Nightline Tuesday night.
