Bayo sent us this story
Joe Jackson was in Vietnam to attend Monday’s groundbreaking ceremony for a five-star hotel and amusement park called “Happyland.”
Online newspaper VietnamNet said Jackson, 82, was at the groundbreaking as one of the investors in the $2 billion, five-star 1,000-room hotel and amusement park in southern Long An province, located about 20 minutes outside Ho Chi Minh City. It is scheduled to be finished in 2014, and is designed to attract up to 14 million visitors annually.
“I like discovering different cultures in the world,” VietnamNet quoted Jackson as saying. “I like this project the most because it is located in a beautiful cultural and natural space.”
Vietnam has promoted the project — which includes a water park, theaters and restaurants — as the region’s largest entertainment complex.
Joe will be 85 by the time this project comes to fruition. Joe we did not realise you have paper like that.

Okay, so a couple of days ago some news we heard led us to moan a little. Yes, the Jackson Perfume for Michael Jackson. Well, we don’t want Papa Jo to get mad with us because we are not trying to stop his hustle, but rather ensure that he does right! Also, we are solution thinkers at MJtheBest.com if we complain we like to offer a way to solve it! (lol)

We don’t want tribute perfume, we want a signature perfume.
We want Chanel N°5 but MJ style.
We want stylish packaging not more memorabilia!
We want Versace not Vegas.
We want a sexy bottle that bends to the side that slides into a leather holder.
We want the gift set with the shower gel and lotion.
We want class, sophistication, fashion, celebrity.
We want something that’s only fit for a King and his Queen.
So Readers, we have to help out his creative team.

Let’s imagine the ideal scenario…
The Estate were not being mean with Michael Jackson’s name so WE ARE allowed to use it.

1. Create a Name for The Ladies Version
2. Create a Name for the The Male Version
3. State 1 distinctive feature about the bottle or packaging that it must have

So guys and girls we found this report on Yahoo and we need more proof before we believe this. We need to hear Joe Jackson promote this at a press conference, see some packaging, a website or something!
TIMING
I mean we are still trying to take in MJ’s new album, learn the routines on the Wii and read all the books. We still want to see Cirque du Soleil. Then there is Janet, we have to support our girl. There is concert tickets to buy, a new book to blog about and buy…
CREATIVITY & BRAND
Then we feel the name is all wrong ‘Jackson’s Tribute’ for men and ‘Jackson’s Legend’ for women. (smh)
ANYWAY READ THE REPORT…
Thanks to an autograph hunter in Las Vegas who asked to borrow a pen, a French perfumer is poised to launch his-and-hers fragrances in memory of Michael Jackson.
Inspired by plants that grow at the late King of Pop’s Neverland Ranch, “Jackson’s Tribute” for men and “Jackson’s Legend” for women, both eau de parfums, will be formally launched on March 7 in the United States.
Julian Rouas Paris, manufacturer of own-brand and private-label fragrances, formulated the scents in just a fortnight, under a partnership deal signed in California last month with the patriarch of the Jackson family.
“With Joe Jackson, we are 50-50 partners in world sales, television rights and advertising receipts,” said chief executive Franck Rouas, adding that a part of the proceeds will go to charities favoured by Michael Jackson.

We are really really really sorry but…
we don’t want tribute perfume, we want a signature perfume.
We want Chanel N°5 but MJ style.

We want Versace not Vegas.

French Franck Rouas poses on January 6, 2011 in Nice, southeastern France a perfume that he created for the family of late King of Pop Michael Jackson. Living on the US western coast for fifteen years, Rouas became the official perfumer of the Jackson dynasty. The perfume will officially be launched on March 7, 2011 with Michael Jackson’s father Joseph.

We love the chain, the memory, the concept but the wings don’t really work…Maybe we are too fussy.
