The MJtheBest.com Team enjoy a T-Mobile Lucky Voice Karaoke Night In!

Okay Readers, remember when I wrote a post a few days ago that I was celebrating. One reason was because our blog is still going strong and the second reason was that our little blog had over 1.5 million hits in 2010. Well lucky for me T-Mobile Lucky Voice said they would aid the MJtheBest.com celebrations by giving me vouchers of my choice to spend on my party. They also sent me their home karaoke system that is internet based so it works easily with a laptop and internet connection. It also comes complete with a pink mic! I was so happy because now I could reward my team and all the special people who helped and encouraged to keep blogging. So I decided to have a Girls Karaoke Night plus 2 Guys.

PS: The karaoke party went so well that we are thinking about having a bigger night so we can invite all of you, our readers.

Tasha & Nita are my two friends that are massive MJ Fans. I started this blog for them in the very beginning because they were so devastated when MJ died. Now they want to organise events around the blog. So they are the PR Team.

Nat used to be a professional dancer. She used to dance for USA celebrities when they came to the UK on music tours, so she is our dance specialist. Our dance section is dedicated to her and we want her to start blogging with us.

Toni is team glue. She keeps Hasan and I organised and has amazing ideas.

So, earlier in the day I went shopping in Marks & Spencer. I used my vouchers to get some nibbles. For those who don’t know, Marks and Spencer does the best food in the UK. They are a tiny bit expensive for weekly food shopping but perfect for this occasion.

Anita, we call her the food specialist began organising our spread immediately….

As you can see, she did a great job.

My support team are all gathered around the table. At this point we were talking about having a big party for the site. We know most of our readers are based in America, so we were thinking of ways that we could make it happen. Please suggest any ideas.

Strawberries and Chocolate is must. Men, if you want to turn on the charm for the ladies – then this is the food that you serve!

Guy 2: Hasan. If you have read my about page, then you all know Hasan. He looks after all the technical side of this blog. He is the reason this blog is even standing today. Where would I be without him

While the girls and I finish our nibbles, Hasan gets straight to work and sets up the Karaoke on the laptop. Being the technical guy he is, he links it to the TV

Now, let the games begin! First track, I’m up and I’m singing ‘Beat it’
