As I was surfing the net I came across this article on Panache Report.
The Panache Report is an excellent site and they always present their information in a non-bias way.

Rewind:
In private, Liberace gravitated towards muscular blonde young men, this was his preferred type. A few of them became part of his entourage, sometimes performing in his nightclub show.
One such blue-eyed man was Scott Thorson, whom Liberace met in 1977. Thorson was 18 and Liberace was 57. They quickly became lovers. The kept man (Thorson) even underwent plastic surgery to become a Liberace look-alike. In 1980, Liberace planned to adopt Thorson as his son. However, he never completed the legal process, concerned that his expanded good life had swelled Scott’s ego.
The two drifted apart when Liberace found other playmates. He had Thorson forcibly ejected from his Beverly Hills home. In 1982, Thorson filed a $113 million dollar palimony lawsuit trying to embarrass Liberace. By then, Liberace was suffering from AIDS. He would die in 1987.
A few years ago, Thorson was sentenced to two years in prison for felony possession of methamphetamine.
He was arrested on several drug-related charges in Palm Springs, and was assigned to an Indio, Calif., jail before going to state prison.
Fast Forward:
Now, Scott Thorson is voicing past allegations: “I had gay sex with Michael Jackson!”
Thorson says he was introduced to Michael in Las Vegas. It was in 1979 and he was living with Liberace.
“The day Michael and I met we hit it off,” Thorson remembers.
“We were only five months apart in age so we had a lot in common. After hanging out together in Las Vegas, according to Thorson, we stepped things up when we later met again in London.”
“We were two young men extremely attracted to each other. You could’ve cut the sexual tension with a knife.”
Jackson motioned for me to join him in bed and our passionate lovemaking session lasted about an hour.
Thorson adds, the blossoming romance was doomed to fail because I was still involved with Liberace.
Remarkably, Thorson passed a lie detector test regarding the above allegations.
